On April 12, 2025, the Career Counseling and Placement Cell of Hindu Kanya Mahavidyalaya, Jind, organized a door-to-door campaign under the initiative 'School Chalo Abhiyaan' in Khokhari village. This awareness program, aimed at promoting education among the families, was coordinated by Mrs. Kranti, the Convenor of the cell. The campaign commenced with a ceremonial green flag hoisted by Dr. Punam Mor, the principal of the college, emphasized the critical importance of educational enrollment in nurturing future generations.

The students participated in the program with remarkable enthusiasm, actively engaging with families and inspiring them to ensure that more children enroll in local schools. This initiative aims to counter the recent alarming decline in student enrollment observed in government schools across Haryana villages. Mrs. Kranti and the students emphasized the significance of education in shaping successful careers, passionately communicating that only through quality education can one unlock opportunities for a prosperous future.

Moreover, the team provided guidance to families regarding the selection of academic streams that align with the interests and strengths of their children. The overall program was a resounding success, receiving appreciation from the villagers, who recognized the value of such initiatives. Almoat 30 students took part in the programme.
