Two-Day Training and Placement Drive Organized at Hindu Kanya Mahavidyalaya in Collaboration with AWL Metaverse Pvt. Ltd. and Navchetna Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd.
A two-day Training and Placement Drive was organized at Hindu Kanya Mahavidyalaya with the objective of enhancing the employability of students. The program was conducted by the Career Counselling and Placement Cell of the college in collaboration with AWL Metaverse Pvt. Ltd. and jointly organized with Navchetna Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd..
Dr. Sushma Garg, Convener of the program and In-charge of the Career Counselling and Placement Cell, stated that the main objective of this initiative is to connect students with industry requirements and prepare them comprehensively for employment. She emphasized that such industry-oriented training programs provide practical exposure and direct employment opportunities to students. Co-Convener Dr. Neelam Rani added that such initiatives significantly strengthen students’ confidence and professional skills.
During the two-day program, experts provided training to students in soft skills, communication skills, interview techniques, resume building, digital competencies, and workplace ethics. As part of the placement drive, representatives from both companies conducted a written examination in which a total of 90 students participated. According to the results, 45 students successfully cleared the written examination. These 45 shortlisted students have been selected for the second round of interviews. Students who successfully clear the second round will be offered final placement on 14th February.
