Under the aegis of the Career Counselling and Placement Cell of Hindu Kanya Mahavidyalaya, Jind a two-day Training and Placement Drive was successfully organized on 13th and 14th February, 2026 in collaboration with AWL Metaverse Pvt. Ltd. and Navchetna Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd.
As part of this initiative, 20 students were selected for employment and were formally awarded appointment letters. The primary objective of the program was to enhance the professional competencies of students and prepare them for better career opportunities.
During the two-day training session, students were provided with comprehensive guidance on interview preparation, group discussions, resume building and professional etiquette. Following the training, written examination and personal interviews were conducted. Students who successfully cleared both rounds were selected strictly on the basis of merit.
In her address, the Principal, Dr. Poonam Mor stated that the institution aims not only to impart academic knowledge but also to nurture self-reliant, capable and confident individuals. She congratulated the selected students and emphasized that such initiatives play a vital role in shaping their bright futures.
The program was conducted under the able guidance of Dr. Sushma Garg, Convener of Career Counselling and Placement Cell, along with Co-Convener Dr. Neelam Rani. Dr. Sushma Garg motivated the students and highlighted that skill development, a positive attitude and practical knowledge are the keys to success. She further remarked that such training programs strengthen students’ confidence and prepare them for diverse employment opportunities. She also extended her heartfelt congratulations to the selected candidates.
On the concluding day, Dr. Sushma Garg expressed her sincere gratitude to the Directors Mr. Rakesh and Mr. Ajay, the company representatives, the entire placement team, the teams of both collaborating companies and the faculty members Dr. Rachna Dalal, Ms. Vanshika, Mrs. Kirti, Mrs. Jyoti and Mrs. Rajni for their valuable support. The guests were honored with mementos on behalf of the college and appointment letters were formally presented to the selected students.
The joy and confidence were clearly visible on the faces of the students as they received their appointment letters. The program concluded with a formal vote of thanks.
The college administration expressed confidence that such initiatives will continue to contribute significantly to the holistic development of students and to the academic and professional advancement of the institution.
