Thereafter, Prof. Ram Pal Saini conveyed the message of 'Sports and Greenery' by planting a sapling. The ceremony continued with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp before Goddess Saraswati and the offering of floral tributes. The dignitaries present were honored with a traditional welcome, including the application of auspicious tilak and pinning of badges.

Addressing the gathering, Principal Dr. Punam Mor delivered an inspiring speech, expressing that with the determination of an athlete and the spirit of a winner, the institution was set to mark a grand beginning of the event. Subsequently, the Chief Guest, along with the President of the Managing Committee, members of the Executive Committee, and the Principal madam, formally inaugurated the sports meet by releasing balloons which convey a message of sportsmanship and fair paly.

Before the commencement of the competitions, the NCC and sports cadets of the college presented an impressive and disciplined march past. The students then took an oath to uphold the spirit of sportsmanship and maintain discipline. In the presence of the Chief Guest, the 400-meter race and the Matka race were conducted, where the participants showcased their exceptional talent.

In the 400-meter race, Reena secured first position, Muskan stood second, and Monika achieved third place. In the Matka race, Sariti secured first position, Anjali stood second, and Ruksana achieved third place. The cultural performances presented by the students added vibrancy to the event and captivated the audience.

Subsequently, Mrs. Neelam, In-charge of the Sports Department, presented the Annual Sports Report, highlighting the achievements of the students throughout the year. In his motivating address, Chief Guest Prof. Ram Pal Saini encouraged the students and emphasized that sports make individuals physically and mentally strong. He further stated that sports foster discipline, teamwork, and leadership qualities.

The Chief Guest, the President of the Managing Committee, the Principal, and other distinguished guests honored the winners with medals. Later, the Chief Guest was felicitated with an angavastram and a memento by the president Dr. Anshul Singla, Vice-President Mr. Baldev Raj Ahuja, Treasurer Mr. Manish Goyal, members of the Executive Committee, and Principal Dr. Punam Mor.

The first day of the event continued with several other competitions, including the Sack Race, Lemon Race, and Three-Legged Race. The entire teaching and non-teaching staff of the college enthusiastically participated in and enjoyed the program. The sports events were efficiently supervised by Dr. Meena, Assistant Professor of Physical Education.
