1. Students can discuss their problems with their tutors/ Mentors in tutorial period. If a student has a serious problem, the tutor brings the same to the chief- Tutor. The problem is then discussed with the Advisory committee/ Grievance Redressal Cell and a solution is provided.
2. A complaint box has also been kept in the college where students can drop their complaints. Their box is opened by principal or the chairperson of the managing committee. The In-charges are made aware of the complaint and solution is provided.
3. Students can also bring their grievances to their class-teachers. They are asked to submit their complaints in written form. The written grievance is submitted to the Principal. The Principal refers it to the Advisory committee/Grievance Redressal Cell.The Committee then calls out both the parties for the solution. The Grievances are addressed within three to seven days.
